Hotel is very conveniently located in city centre.It is walking distance from Warsawa central station.Hotel was very clean and had big bathroom.Hotel service is very good.I had a great stay there.Not all room has a nice view.Mine was facing the other side of the hotel without any view of the city.From Warsawa airport take bus no.175 to hotel.Ticket cost about 2.80z per person.Make sure to validate ticket as there are regular checks by the ticket inspectors

While the Hotel was very clean and comfortable, I was very surprised to find cards for 'nice girls' left around in the upstairs hallways! I was never asked, when checking out, if i was pleased with my stay. On the other hand, the dining-room staff was very attentive and willing to please. Breakfast at €19 was a rip-off. Conclusion; would try somewhere else next time.

Although this is a very nice hotel, it was sorely lacking "basics" such as free high speed internet connection in your room. The price per day was something like $25 for internet.....crazy! Plus the price for breakfast was very high.

My sister and I really loved the hotel. Gorgeous rooms, great restaurant and café. The service was excellent as well. Perfect location in Warsaw. I can't imagine staying anywhere else if I visit Warsaw again. Just a warm, cozy place. I also have to mention their fabulous "house" red wine - cheers!

Beautiful, well-run hotel on Warsaw's Jerusalem (Jerozolimskie) Avenue. The hotel is located across from the iconic Palace of Culture and Science. The Central Railway Station and a fantastic indoor shopping mall are but a short distance from the Palace of Culture and Science, and thus from the hotel, as well. The room was decorated in elegant beiges and browns, and featured a good-sized wardrobe, desk area, and very comfortable bed. The bathroom, also elegant, had a heated floor. The hotel's restaurant was superb in terms of service, food and ambiance. The hotel staff were helpful with requests, even with something like a travel adaptor. My one complaint was the room location, on an inner courtyard. A wedding was held the first night and while the room was 7 stories above the ground floor, loud, exuberant, booming disco music from the reception shook my room late into the night. Avoid the inner courtyard if at all possible. Otherwise, with location, amenities, room comfort, staff professionalism, and hotel appearance and upkeep, the Polonia (Poland in Italian) Palace is a superior hotel.

I only stayed for a couple of nights, but I found this a nice clean effecient hotel, in a good location. The rooms were modern, spacious and recently refurbished and there's a nice feel about the hotel. because it's not part of a huge pan European chain you can actually feel like your in the city you're in. The hotel is overshadowed by the gruesome People's Place of culture, but is handy for the station and a big shopping complex. The wi fi wasn't working when I was there but there was a big effort to make sure my LAN was up and running, and I think the room service is expensive (but name a hotel where is it cheap...) but the food was good. I'd definatly give it 7 or 8 out of 10.

nice enough, nothing special though

My friend and I booked this hotel based on other online recommendations and its central location. It was much better than expected. The hotel is located on a main street and is easy to get to by bus from the airport, and in walking distance to Nowy Swiat and a tube ride from the old town. The breakfast was the most amazing breakfast we have ever seen in any hotel ever - its amazing. If you don't find something you to suit your tastes you are too hard to please. Rooms were fantastic and staff are very friendly. Would definitely recommend a stay to anyone.

This was my second stay at the Polonia Palace and it wont be my last. Had a little problem to start with as our room had been given to someone else but the free up-grade to a luxury suite was a fantastic way of sorting out the problem. Great location for tourist and business alike. I can def say all rooms are well decorated to high standard and always clean. Staff are friendly and happy to help. A truly wonderful hotel and boy what a great buffet breakfast. Well deserves the title LUXURY!!!!

Fabulous hotel. Excellent food and service. The guest realtions manager was extremely helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to go back one day.

This hotel was the only one left standing after WWII. The rooms were large and the beds comfortable. The shower/bath was huge. The breakfast buffet was the best I have had in Europe. The restaurant was also wonderful but pricy (five star hotel). Location is great right near buses, trains and shopping.

Hotel mi odmitl vydat faturu o zaplaceni jako danovy doklad pro zamestnavatele, protozo platba probehla predem pres platebni kartu (pote, co jsem udelala pouze rezervaci, doslo automaticky k odecteni polozky z meho uctu). Bezne toto funguje pouze jako garance a plati se az na miste.

Reiste på partur. Kom til hotellet en time før innskjekking. Dette var uproblematisk. Fikk tilbud om å oppgradere rommet for 10 euro. Kjempe service og flott beliggenhet. Lett å benytte offentlig transport, lett å orientere seg. Godt utgangspunkt for shopping.

God atmosfære og venlig betjening. Hotellet fremstår helt igennem i gammel klassisk stil og såvel fællesarealer som værelser er virkelig flotte.

Tout etait parfait : la siatuation a deux pas de la gare centrale, la grande chambre, de tres bonne qualite, la grande salle de bains, le tres beau buffet de petit dejeuner, etc.... Si seulement j'avais su comment arreter la climatisation, j'aurais eu moisn froid !

Das PP ist ein altes Haus direkt gegenüber des Kulturpalastes, das in den letzten Jahren aufwändig renoviert wurde. Die öffentlichen Bereiche sind etwas 'grand Hotel-mässig' gemacht, die Zimmer sehr schön schlicht und modern. Zimmer der einfachen Kategorie war gross mit grossem Badezimmer. Restaurant und Bar haben wir nicht probiert, da in der Bar das gesamte Wochenende zu Essenszeiten (nette kleine Karte) Fussbal auf grossen Bildschirmen angeboten wurde (ohne Ton allerdings - aber auch ohne Gäste); das Restaurant schien nicht bemerkenswert. Das im Preis beinhaltete Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Als inkl-Preis unbedingt mitnehmen; der Service an einem voll belgeten Wochenende allerdings überfordert. Ich brauche nicht für jedes Brötchen einen neuen Teller, hätte aber gerne ein Spiegelei gehabt, ohne 10 Min in einer Schlange zu stehen. Dies ist etwas typisch für das Hotel. Es versucht manchmal krampfhaft 5-Sterne zu sein und wäre viel besser als ehrliches sehr gutes 4 Sterne Haus. Fantastischer Gym-/Saunabereich!

Jeg reiste på shopping tur med mine døttre. Vi fikk ett veldig godt første inntrykk av måten vi ble ønsket velkommen på. Store og luftige hotell rom med veldig god standard. En ting vi savnet var en ekstra dyne i dobbeltsengen. Det ble litt vanskelig at to skulle dele på en stor dyne. Da vi leste om hotellet forstod vi at dette hotellet tilbydde spa. Enten har vi blandet med ett annet hotel eller så er disse opplysningene feil. Hotellet lå veldig nær ett stort shopping senter så for oss som var kommet med dette som hovedmål, var plasseringen midt i smørøyet. Vi hadde ett fantastisk opphold.

Lyxigt hotell där man inte saknade någonting. Frukosten bestod av det allra bästa. Inget saknades. Rummet var rymligt, ingen störande trafik. Bra läge mitt i centrum.

top hotel, gute Lage, aber: etwas arroganter service und Kleinigkeiten, die ein top hotel ausmachen, fehlen noch: z.B. Wasserflasche im Zimmer. - INNTERNET ist im Zimmer aber NICHT KOSTENLOS und KEIN W-LAN! - sehr zentral, aber Zimmer zur Strasse sehr laut - sehr gutes Fruehstueck Buffet

everything is made to enjoy every moment you spend in this hotel, friendly and sart personnel who take care of you. the only missing point an expansive overcost to access internet. in that kind of hotels, it's a real miss.

très bel hôtel, nous avons eu une chambre avec un panorama super, le bar de l'hôtel est très beau et très pro (pour un prix raisonnable avec l'happy hour), le buffet pour le déjeuner est parfait, et en plus un bus (le 175) fait une la liaison avec l'aeroport et s'arrête juste devant l'hôtel !
