Hotel Rialto - Warszawa

Some of the nicest hotel rooms in Warsaw- relatively spacious, beautifully designed with great amenities and amazing bathrooms. Hotel restaurant is very good too.

Bar closes too early. Pity about the streetwalkers outside - night and day!

Main problem, room too hot. But nice size room, very large bathroom, loved the heated tiled floor. Nice for the winter. Close walk to what wanted to see. Pleasant staff. Breakfast, not included in room price, was way over priced. May have paid more for it than the room. But overall a very nice place.

Hotel was a nice art deco design and very clean, location was a little out of the way

I first stayed at the Rialto about 2 years ago on one of my first trips to Warsaw. Back then, I thought the hotel charming but was a little underwhelmed by the lack of the big facilities you would find in one of the large international chains, plus the priciness of the extras. Since then, however, I have stayed in all the other large 5* hotels in Warsaw and on returning to the Rialto, have decided that it compares quite favourably to the other luxury hotels in the city. The big points in its favour are: i) larger than average rooms (at least the doubles- I would avoid the singles) ii) better than average furnishings, decor and amenities in the rooms iii) gorgeous, well equipped bathrooms iv) good food v) exquisite Art Deco design throughout the hotel. The bad things are the cost of internet access and breakfast, which are both overpriced, though actually only marginally more so than other big hotels in the city. Also if you want a big gym this is not the hotel for you. Location-wise it is pretty well placed for the CBD and close to the main train station and adjacent shopping mall, there are more central hotels (especially if you want the Old Town), but Warsaw is one of those cities where everything outside of the Old Town is quite spaced out so you tend to need a taxi wherever you're staying anyway (especially in winter!). On balance, even with the pricey extras, I think this hotel is one of the best value of all the 5* properties in the City.

Absolutely gorgeous, friendly staff and clean room. Worth all of its 5 stars.

Unfortunately, due to a clerical error, our reservation was marked for a month earlier than our actual arrival date. Fortunately, I always travel with my confirmation documents and they were most helpful in relocating us to another 5 star hotel in Warsawa. The front desk staff was very helpful and apologetic for the error. They fed us while we waited for a taxi and sent us off in a prepaid taxi with a bottle of wine and CD. Errors happen and the staff dealt with it in a very friendly and professional manner.

Ett " Classy" hotel med mycket atmosfär och känsla. Personalen var outstanding

Lite hotell med god service. Velg rom som er av ønsket standard, for det er stor variasjon på rommenes kvalitet.

Jättebra hotell, centralt, utmärkt service och det märks att dom är femstjärniga. Bastun är underbar, rummen är helt charmerande och personalen talar bra engelska och är väldigt serviceminded. Vi firade nyår i Warszawa, bokade ganska sent så det var svårt att få tag på restaurang men dom hjälpte oss jättemycket! Skulle definitivt bo här igen!

An exceptionally beautiful and charming art-deco hotel in pristine condition. It took my breath away to stay in a true "neighbourhood" setting. A real little jewel in the heart of the financial district without the in-yer-face size or anonimity. Many thanks to the fine staff for the exceptional service.

Hotellet er lite, men har alt man vil ha; stort rom med deilig bad med både badekar og dusj. CD/DVD-spiller med musikk og filmer i resepsjonen. Godt badstuanlegg i toppetasjen. Prøvde aldri restauranten.

Dette er et hotel du bare må kose deg på. Helt utrolg deilig der, og veldig rolig. Må anbefales :-)

Réellement très agréable comme hôtel, mais vraiment très excentré si vous venez pour visiter la vieille ville. Rialto ne doit pas se prononcer de la même façon en français ou en polonais, mais mon premier taxi ne comprenais pas ce que je disais... Evitez de prendre le petit-déjeûner à l'hôtel, il est hors de prix pour le pays!
