The Westin Warsaw - Warszawa

From the moment we entered the hotel, we were treated with such friendliness and care. This hotel is wonderful.

A shiny modern hotel with helpful English speaking staff. We took the upgrade and got included in the price a larger room, free internet access, use of the Executive Lounge, breakfast and delightful 'nibbles' to go with our complimentary drink.

I was very pleased with the room, service, etc...a good choice!

the service was good... the room was quite big and very clean.... really a 5-Star hotel..... only a little bit far away from the central station... but it's acceptable..... highly recommend it...

Very nice rooms, although the traffic outside is pretty heavy and can be heard even on the 16th floor. The service at the front desk and at the lobby bar was not so attentive. Always a long queue at the desk and the waiters seemed to have other things to do behind the bar. Very polite and effective cleaning staff. One has to pay for using the internet - a shame for a 5-star hotel.

I like Warsaw Westin very much. I was only surprised that I had to pay extra for Internet access !

I booked at the Westin as it was having a 40% off sale for booking 4 or more days and the price was great. It's a little further from the Central Square than I'd like to be, but again the price was nice. The hotel lacks a few things which would make it stand out. The bar (JP's) lacks atmosphere, and the servers are not all that interested in helping you out too quickly. The restaurants are all high quality and you'll pay it, but it wasn't very obvious that they actually serve food at the bar/bar area. Staying at the Marriott previously, their bar (Champions) has everything that JP's lacks. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, but expect to pay around $30 a day for internet, which is not uncommon. The internet also slows down considerably at night as the hotel obviously pays for bandwidth and scales it back during off-peak hours. I took that advice of a previous reviewer, and ate at Atrio next door, which was pretty good. I recommend learning to use the Metro, to include the above AND below ground trains which are fairly cheap. It's about a 1 mile walk to the central square, thus for my next trip I will probably stay closer, at least if just to try out the other hotels. As I said, the price was right for my leisure trip, just a bit further from everything than I'd prefer.

When they clean the room in between days , they forget to replace items or some were not too clean. like spoons after been used. The internet should be wireless at least in some areas of the hotel. Need also a concierge service. But it is a very comfortable hotel

As always, the heavenly beds were just that and the room was very clean and up-to-date. That's why I go to a Westin, but the location in City Center is not that great for touring. Better to rent an apartment in Old Town if that's what you're looking for. The staff needs a little work. The front desk and bell staff were nice, but not extremely warm. The turn down maid knocked on our door and barged in before we could respond. Good thing we were just on the computer and reading. Then the bar staff where we ate a leisurely dinner and had a couple of drinks was very unattentive. They never asked if we wanted refilled drinks and that was after we had to get their attention to get any service to begin with. You see that quite a bit in Poland, but it shouldn't be that way at a Starwood owned hotel.

Excellent hotel. On the same road as the main Warsaw railway station so very easy to find. We just walked along the road. Very smart decor. Lovely bathrooms. Breakfast very expensive so we ate elsewhere.

On arrival we were greeted warmly by the doorman and checked in efficiently. The room was fantastic with an enormous bed and beautiful bathroom. The shower, necessary to warm your bones after a day walking the cold streets in February, was amazing - a double headed power shower. If you can ignore the cost, I really recommend having a few cocktails in the bar to enjoy the music and atmosphere. Try a JP's secret with the local Bison Vodka as the main ingredient. And of course, in the bar nothing is too much trouble! The lift is great fun, and a must at night to make the most of the views. I hadn't paid for breakfast in my booking, but we chose to treat ourselves once during our 4 night stay. It was expensive but there really is something for everyone, I enjoyed the wonderful fresh fruit whilst my boyfriend tucked into some freshy cooked eggs and bacon with cappuccinos delivered to our table. If I ever should return to Warsaw, The Westin would be at the top of the list to book again. The location is ideal for all parts of the city for walking, a stone's throw from a tram stop and opposite a good restaurant.

Råkade komma in genom den ingångarna som ledde direkt in till baren där det satt gäster med sina laptops som om de satt i eget vardagsrum. Några steg till och jag befann mig i receptionen där jag välkomnades utan större formaliteter. Blev upplyst om att rummet var betalt i förskott. Fast hotellet gärna är menat för businessfolk är det mycket trivsamt även för privata gäster. Det är inge stora ytor varken i reception, bar eller matsal. Allting är gripbart. På rummet finns t o m strykbräda och strykjärn samt kaffebryggare med bryggkaffe, te och tillbehör som säkert uppskattas av de flesta. För sitt pris är hotellet är en pärla.

A very nice hotel with a just a walking distance to everything you need. Big rooms with very god beds & good service. One of the best hotels I have stayed on.

Nydelig hotell. Utrolig fine rom, enorm seng, bad med både dusj og badekar. Lukseriøs følelse. Hyggelige og smilende folk i resepsjonen. Ganske så bra utstyrt treningsrom til gratis bruk. Bar med noe stive priser i lobbyen. Restaurant. Svindyr frokost 180 kr pr person. Parkering i parkeringshus på baksiden av hotellet til ca 200 kr i døgnet. Bodde på 5 forskjellige hotell i Polen i løpet av ferien og dette var utrolig nok ett av de billigste og samtidig det absolutt fineste og mest komfortable. Vil anbefale det for overnatting også heller spise måltidene på en av demange kafèene utenfor.

Hotellet var meget bra. God beliggenhet, og meget god service. Vi fikk oppgradert rommet til å inkludere frokost, og adgang til Preferred Guest etasjene (18-20) og det var absolutt verd pengene. Meget bra også der. Hotellet kunne hatt et svømmebasseng eller en boble bad. Det måtte være det eneste som kunne vært bedre. Alt annet var 100%

Allt var bra, men hotellet ligger lite utanför stadens centrum. Det tar omkring en halvtimme för att komma till gamla stan till forts.

Rent og godt vaerelse med supergode senge og toilette

Un hotel 5 etoiles, tres bien situé, avec tous les services et l'ambiance d'un grand hotel. Un restaurant "fusion" vraiment excellent (surtout la soiree sushi/fruits de mer chaque jeudi)

Bra hotell,sköna sängar, underbar utsikt och bra service. Det enda negativa var priserna på frukost,mat och dricka i baren. Skamligt att ta 20 slotys för en kaffe!
