Radisson SAS Hotel Krakow - Krakow

Five star hotel but really only three star. Room was comfortable and clean but three out of six days had to ask for tea sugar and toilet paper. Food and drink prices two to four times more than out in the city restaurants and bars. Left gift behind us in hotel room rang immediately on arrival back home but it had mysteriosly disappeared. Would never stay there again.

We stayed in this hotel for four nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very central to the market square only three minutes walk. The room was bright and clean and was quiet (no noise considering it was a central location). The buffet breakfast was excellent with a variety of different foods to choose from. I had to ask for an iron and board which was brought to me within five minutes of asking. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

Good value 5 Star hotel.Excellent quality and only a few minutes walk to Old Town Centre and all the restaurants and places of interest.Two choices of rooms available.Went for basic package ie room with no view,benefits were no noise from street traffic etc.Modernly furnished room as you would expect of this standard.Hope to go back again and would recommend this hotel.

Given the choice of having a view or a quiet room. I chose the quiet room which looked onto an inner courtyard and was blissfully quiet. Location between Wawel Hill and old town so everything in very easy walking distance.

Excellent front desk staff, all with excellent English. Breakfast buffet is nice, wide variety. Especially good are the Polish breads. Room is fine, comfortable. We had reserved 2 twin beds but they didn't have one available when we checked in. Since staying with my sister, we kept the single large bed. The hotel provided 2 blankets so it was just fine. A/C wasn't strong enough, and our room window had a lock on it. So pretty warm all night. We had the same experience in other hotels in Ukraine as well, so maybe not unique to this hotel. All in all a very good hotel and very reasonable price.

This hotel is so central. Its within walking distance from the main square. The hotel staff could not do enough for us. They arranged to pick us up from the Airport and then later organised a mini bus to bring us to the main tourist sites.

The Radisson SAS in Krakow is conveniently located to the Main Square (~3 blocks), the Wawel (~3 blocks)(which you HAVE to visit if you are a tourist)and a 24 hour grocery is 3 blocks away. I can't recall its name but it starts with a "J". The riverfront walk is also near and it is a good place to go run or walk. The hotel staff were exceptionally accommodating for things like needing to print a document from a computer. They let me use their own machines at registration cause my need was at 10:30 PM at night and this was not disruptive to hotel operations. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

I stayed at this hotel for a week and I was very satisfied with the service as well as the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was also included with the room. I got a good deal on Hotel.com I think because the room itself costs more on the Radisson website. The double bed has clean sheets, but it was strange that it has 2 twin comforters. Maybe that's due to the culture??!! I am not sure. The breakfast buffet is good! The staff is friendly and helpful with maps, directions, and calling taxi very quickly. One problem I had is that my electrical adapter broke on a sunday night, but the front desk said they ran out of any adapter to let me borrow :( I thought 5-star hotels should have everything in stock.... Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Had a fab break in Krakow hotel was great really good location by Palace and a short walk through the Planty which is a georgous park to the square. the only down side to the hotel is the breakfast eg bacon,beans etc was always cold other wise it was a great hotel.

Can not find any thing wrong with this hotel. Large comfortable rooms, Great location close to old town and Castle, Excellent breakfast. Pay the extra for breakfast its worth it. Will be going back Krakow is a lovely old dity

My husband and I stayed here on the last night of our 9 days in Poland. We did it as a "treat" after "cheaping it" for the rest of the time. The room was nice and modern and very clean, great bathroom, it's just a few minute walk the main square. My problem with the place - as it is with all Radisson's and I've stayed in a few in the last year -that it really is overpriced for what you get. It seems to me that they cater so much to the business traveller who never checks the price of anything because they are on an expense account. I've stayed in hostels for 10 bucks where you can use a computer for free for 5 minutes to check your email. That having been said - the breakfast is worth staying for. DO NOT stay here unless you get breakfast included. It is fantastic. Dont eat for a few days and then go to the breakfast. Hands down - the best I've ever had anywhere. Local specialties, omlet bar (around the corner in the second room - dont miss it!) fruit, eyes, meat, fish, 10 kinds of bread. Fantastic.

Cracking Hotel ,with efficient staff. Wonderful breakfast each morning.Great location ,walking distance from the Old Town.

Svært bra hotell, med god service, perfekt beliggenhet, store flotte rom, høy standard til en god pris. Vil anbefale det til alle som skal til Krakow

Stilig, sentralt hotell med fine og store rom. Bra service, God frokost med champagne og frisk presset appelsin

Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt, gåavstand til det meste!

Jeg og mitt reisefølge storkoste oss på et meget flott hotell til en hyggelig pris.

Dejligt værelse med udsigt til parkanlæg. Næsten ikke en lyd fra gaden. Beliggenhed gjorde det nemt at se de fleste seværdigheder til fods.

Sentral beliggenhet. Flott, moderne hotell med god service.

Vi hade 3 bra dagar i Krakow och hotellet var bra. Engelskspråkig och vänlig personal som hjälpte till med service och info om guidade turer m.m. Läget intill gamla stan är perfekt, bara 5 minuter till marknadstorget. En plump dock...vi hade beställt rummet utan frukost för att kunna välja själva vilka dagar vi åt frukost på hotellet. 1:a morgonen kom vi ner till frukosten och frågade vad den kostade och fick svaret 90 zloty/person, d.v.s. ca 250 kr! ofattbart dyrt! frukost på café i stan kostade mellan 15-20 zloty...och kontigt nog var personalen förvånad att vi inte ville äta deras frukost...:-)

Hôtel trés bien située par rapport à la ville, facile d'accés par la route.Parking payant sous l'hôtel. Réception correcte mais uniquement en anglais Chambre trés grande mais celle qui donnent sur la rue avec les trams sont trés bruyantes Petit déjeuner copieux mais le style est trés moyen. Les sets de tabbles sont en fausse paille et uniquement secoués par terre aprés chaque convive. Présense de traces du passage précédent. Les mets chauds sont souvent tièdes et l'on a l'impréssion que ce qui reste à la fin du service est remis en place le lendemain(bécon, saucisses..) les corbeilles à pain en paille garde les miétes des jours précédents.... Par contre l'omellette cuisinée à la demande est de bonne facture En résumé séjour de 5 nuits 4 jours est quand méme agréable mais l'hôtel est moyen non digne d'un 5 étoiles

Flott beliggenhet, veldig veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom stab. Ganske dårlig aircondition, glovarmt på rommet.

Bra beläget, mycket bra frukost, lugn och trivsam miljö.

Nydelig frokost buffet. Flott, rent og komfortabelt rom. Meget service innstilt personale. Hotellet hadde en fantastisk plassering i forhold til å utforske gamlebyen.

Et hotel å anbefale. Hyggelig betjening.
