Great location, friendly staff, quality service

This hotel was large and busy. Its position was convenient, in that it was right by a central crossroads with good transport linke - though a lengthy walk (over half and hour) to the Old Town. Breakfast was included, which made it good value, and there was a tremendous range of some very good food (though the coffee was tasteless!)

Due to my partner and i only being in warsaw for two days, we booked in to the METROPOL, we found that the room for two nights was very reasonable (price) and the hotel was in the centre of Warsaw which made it easy to go sight seeing, the hotel is very central for cafes, restraunts,bars and clubs not for getting the metro. The service which we received was excellent could not fault the staff in any way, they were very helpful and pleasant.The rooms were very clean including the bathroom, the rooms were cleaned every day and fresh left for you if you wanted them. There was a wide range of food for breakfast as well. I would recommend the METROPOL DOWNTOWN --WARSAW to any one and i shall being staying there again, even my partner was impressed.

Was only in Warsaw for the night, and the hotel had a great location close to all essential amenities and the central railway station. Staff very helpful and the breakfast buffet was superb! The hotel's a little dated and the rooms are functional and comfortable, though not luxurious. But overall it was great value for money and in similar circumstances I would definitely go back.

Standard one would expect from a hotel of this rating. Location is fantastic. Prices for food and drink very reasonable. Bar staff were great. Good selection at breakfast.

Service in the restaurant was slow and my brother had to wait for nearly an hour before he got his meal with teh result that we had all finished eating. No one asked if the food was all right and staff could be more attentive to guests. The constant noise from the traffic all night, including sirens and sounding of car horns e.g 02:00 and this was constant meant you got very little sleep. Also the night club was noisy as people were leaving in the early hours. Not a place I would recommend if you want good service and a good night's sleep.

The room was unclean, toilet fouled and there were a number of other guests complaining at reception.

From the ourside the hotel doesn't look that special, but inside it's modern, has friendly staff, a great jazz bar lougne, breakfast is included. I have booked to stay in this hotel for my next 5 trips to Warsaw. Hoighly recomended

Ok hotell, som ligger sentralt. Romene er greie og klarer seg lenge til overnatting og kortere opphold. Imøtekommende og positiv betjening. Ligger i kort gangavstand fra sentralbanestasjonen. Ingen problemer med å anbefale hotellet til andre reisende.

Hotellet håller bra standard på service och frukostbuffe. Byggnaden i sig lite tråkig men mycket centralt med 5 minuter till centralstationen och flera shoppingcenter. Internet kostade 20 PLN (ca 50 kr) för en hel vecka.

Nice central located 3-star hotel with affordable price and above average breakfast. However, all the rooms are facing the main street, it might be noisy during the weekdays. The location on the hotels.com map is misplaced.

Suveränt beläget 100m från flygbussens hållplats och bara ett stenkast från Kulturpalatset och centrum. God standard bra rum, mycket bra frukostbuffé. Bor gärna här igen.

I liked this hotel. This is a very nice hotel. Beds and rooms are very comfortable. The room was very clean.The breakfast in the hotel was good it included a hot and cold selection. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, Excellent views.very convenient hotel in centrum of Warsaw, near train station, and Kultur Palace. If I were to visit the city again I would stay in this hotel.

Som man kunne forvente på et godt Norsk hotell til 3xprisen. Frokosten var også bra. Vinduet ut mot parken bør holdes igjen pga støyen fra veien.

Det var et rigtig lækkert hotel, nemt at tage en bus fra lufthavnen, bussen stoppede foran hotellet. Der var en lækker morgensmads buffet, med et bredt udvalg. I receptionen talte de godt engelsk og var imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Værelset var rent og lækkert.

Camera bella grande, arredamento un pò datato, ottima vista sulla città, colazione ottima e con vasta scelta, ristorante nell'albergo con buoni piatti tipici (non prendete la pizza).
