Excellent overall, comfortable room that deserves 5 stars. Good breakfast buffet. The only quibbles were; two milk sachets in the room were out of date, my used coffee spoons were not replaced when the room was cleaned, and the receptionist wrongly billed me for the mini bar (but she was quick and polite the remove the fee when I protested). These are only minor things, I thought it was a great hotel overall and the room was lovely.

Warsaw Hilton is located in an ugly hard to aaccess part of Warsaw, away from all attractions and business district. On that score alon it is best to go to teh otehr 3-4 five-star hotels in town. Rooms are fine, gym is OK, pool is crowded by hardcore swimmers and the whole set-up is sterlie and lifeless. FOr same money Marriott & SHeraton are much better.

This is a relatively new property with an excellent staff and attention to detail. The gym was out of this world fantastic, I rarely have come across such a well equiped facility. Bring your running gear and swim trunks. The only downside to this property is that is NOT near the city center. The neighborhood is going through change and there is a major construction site next door (should be completed by early 2010). Taxi transportation is plentiful and it is the only option to / from the hotel. The rooms are in the new "hilton" style of split room/working office. Very well done and worth the money and the stay.

Less than two years old, rooms very spacious, best bathrooms and suggest to get buffet breakfest, outstanding. Staff more than helpfull, for the money best value.

The hotel is a newer property. Very energetic staff, attention to detail is there. Incredible pool and health spa/facilities. One of the best that I have seen in Europe. I suggest you purchase breakfast with your reservation. There are NO other restaurants near by. The entire neighborhood is a construction zone. Taxi's a are required to get to anyplace of interest in the city. the property is also attached to a Casino and has a decent night club as well. As with all international Hiltons, the prices for drinks and secondary items are expensive. Further recommend you pay the $50.00 supplement to gain access to executive level, which includes breakfast and evening drinks.

Depite informing the hotel of the soiled room - by the time they came to service the room we were ready to go out. And they only offered a different room on another floor - completely different view. Dispite the hotel being very quiet - and signs offfering a later check out to match flights back to London - this service was not offered and we had room service banging on the door for us to leave. Room service barged into our room before we even had time to take our luggage out at 12.05pm. Not very relaxing or plesent end to our stay

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are very comfortable. Very nice sports center with a wide selection of great workout equipment, pool, steam rooms and sauna. The hotel staff is very polite and for the most part is very accomodating. I did have difficulty locating my lost luggage at the hotel after it was promptly delivered to the hotel by the airport personnel: one of the hotel workers did not feel like checking the storage area and preferred to talk to his friend so my luggage was not located until the following day when they changed shifts. I was very impressed that the staff speaks multiple languages (English, Russian, Polish). The location of the hotel, however, is not convenient. You have to take cabs to the resturants and the center of the city. Also, the surrounding buildings look like they are falling appart. There seems to be a lot of construction around the hotel so the area might improve in the near future.

Modern hotel, helpful staff.

The hotel is surrounded by derelict ground, but this is rapidly being developed. Other international hotel chains and banks are moving into the area. There was no problem walking in the area at night and although it is a little way out from the "old" and "new" towns, it is walkable. If you don't fancy the walk a taxi ride will cost about 12 zloty. The hotel was splotless and the staff more than happy to help with any request. The spa was also impressive and best of all included in the cost of the room. Fresh towels and toiletries were provided every day if needed and after a hard day walking around Warsaw, the bath and powershower were most welcome. There isn't much night life in the area, but a 20 min walk or a short taxi ride will take you to the bars and resturants. If I am ever in Warsaw again, this will be the place I'm staying

Beautiful hotel and room and hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only negative is that the hotel is a bit off the beaten path.

Lovely room and a refreshing swim in the morning. My only complaint would be the price of the breakfast. 88 Zloty for a bowl of muesli and a cup of tea is a bit of a joke, I think.

Excellent hotel, excellent service! I would definitely go back to Warsaw, a lovely place with lots of history, lots of things to see.

The Warsaw Hilton Executive suite was wonderful, great service and comfort. A great location and helpful hotel staff provided information re transport etc. Would return to Warsaw and definitely book the Hilton.

Et flott og stilrent hotell. En frokostbuffe som overgår de fleste. Fantastisk treningsal og stort svømmebasseng. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening.

Et svært moderne og nytt hotell, i rolige omgivelser i hjerte av Warsawa. Ble møtt av en hyggelig og serviceinnstilt betjening som gjør jobben sin meget professjonelt. Fantastisk frokostbufe, som er blitt et eget varemerke hos Hilton. Har opplevd samme på andre Hilton hoteller og dette var intet untak. Rommet var nydelig med flott utsikt og kveldsol i 14. etasjen. Her var betjeningen veldig dyktige, hvor man bl. a. bestemte selv når rommet skulle rengjøres. Maten på hotellet var god, med rikt utvalg i menyen. Litt langt å gå til sentrum, men igjen her yter hotellet egen kjøring med komfortabel og rask transort om man ønsker det. Fikk desverre ikke tid å besøke SPA avdelingen. Hotellet kan anbefales på det varmeste.

The hotel is very good. If you're in town for for a short stay you might want to consider a hotel with a more central location. The breakfast crew sometimes forgot what we ordered and we had to remind them after 20-30 min.

Hotel is nice, but it is located in a rather unattractive area. Rooms are OK. One issue was surprising, though: children were not allowed at the swimming pool. Hotels provides bus transport for travellers with children to another hotel for swimming pool, but it is not just the same.

I STAYED FOR 2 NIGHTS. ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE. STAFF WERE HELPFUL. GOOD BREAKFAST. NOT FAR FROM THE CENTRUM, YOU CAN WALK IN 5-10 MINS. GOOD CHOICE FOR BOTH BUSINESS AND PLEASURE HOLIDAYS.

Vi elsker Hilton. Servicen var på topp fra sekundet vi åpnet døra på taxi'en vi satt i. Rommet var fantastisk med en kjempebra utsikt. Inkludert i prisen var både boblebad og swimmingpool + en formidabel frokost-buffé. I tillegg har de stilige Hilton-Taxi'er som kjører deg dit du vil for en bra pris. Vi hadde ikke nokka lyst å dra, og reiser definitivt tilbake dit en annen gang!!! :)

Ankomst - personalet tog rigtigt godt imod os - vi følte os velkommen. Værelset var helt perfekt - der manglede ikke noget - ok priser. Fin service fra personalet da vi spurgte om et godt sted at spise - fantastisk restaurant. Intet gik galt - alt var ok

The hotel had everything I'd expected. Friendly and english spoken staff, great rooms (and bathrooms), comfy beds, english tv channels, great smoking/non smoking areas, great spa and fitness area with it's own coffee bar. The only negative impression was the location of the hotel. If you don't mind taking a cab, there shouldn't be a problem though. The staff called for a cab before I'd asked, and it were at the hotel within a minute. The price for a cab from the hotel to the largest mall, Arkadia, costs around 30-40 zlt, aroud 7-9 £.

Ett piggt och professionellt mottagande i receptionen. Rena och fräscha rum som även är relativt stora. Frukosten är helt ok, 4 av 5. Mycket hotell för pengarna.

Allt var verkligen bra. Skönt att bara a på sig mogonrocken efter en heldag på stan och åka ner till bubbelpoolen som ingår i priset. Vill man kan man köpa till en helkroppsmassage för ca 400 sv kr. Billigt för att vara Hilton. Och billigare än sverige.
