Hotel Benefis - Krakow

The hotel is just as it is shown on the website. The room was very spacious even though we had our 16yr old son sleeping on the sofa bed in the room.The bathroom was spacious, clean with a very powerful shower. We also had a little balcony. The only thing missing was tea making facilities. There was quite a choice from the breakfast buffet which included a selection of hot food, cereals, fruit, rolls, meats, cheese & even salad!

Nice hotel small but sufficient. Nice staff. Convenient to city, well within walking distance. Nice breakfasts. Would I stay again ? - certainly.

Welcoming, friendly, helpful, efficient and charming - all these superlatives apply to the staff of the Benefis. The hotel is situated very close to the city centre - just a short walk across a bridge on the Wistula, and you're in the 'old town', at the foot of Wawel Castle and Cathedral - watch out for the fire-breathing dragon! The Benefis is set in a quiet area, away from the noise of the city centre, which suited us just fine. We highly recommend the Benefis.

Studio room was excellant - free water on table - broadband internet connected - fantastic breakfast - great location - recommended.

super bright and big rooms, very clean, well made, its a new building (1year old) so everything is fresh ! Breakfast is EPIC and stuff wonderfull... 10 min walk to the Wawel castle by the Wisla river, very romantic. Well done Benefis. If You r traveling to Krakow its the only place to stay and eat breakfast... :P Will soooo very much book that hotel again.

Very clean and new hotel. Suite layout is very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Well done.

First class hotel, very clean and well kept. Bedrooms were spacious with a good size sitting room. Breakfast was all that one required. Within walking distance of the city centre and other city attractions. Staff friendly and helpful, would definately use this hotel again.

The Hotel was well located a 15 minute walk from the centre of the city. It was very comfortable with well appointed rooms, clean modern bathrooms, and friendly staff who couldn't help us enough. The breakfast was excellent with a choice of meats and cheeses, boiled eggs, juices etc... We would be more than happy to stay here again and again!

This hotel is ace if i was going back 2 poland i would defo use this hotel again and again its in a great little place just about a 10min walk from the main square and there are afew shops around the hotel but there is no bars close by but there is a little shop right next door to the hotel and there is a pizza shop across the road aswell but other then that its a brill hotel and the staff are very helpful

ideally located within 5 minutes walk to castle Wawel and just on the outskirts of the citycentre, close enough to walk. Well presented, friendly and welcoming staff, very clean and modern decor. No 'in-room' facilities i.e coffee.tea making, fridge, no hairdryer or iron/trouser press and breakfast basic continental, but was fresh, with a good choice on the menu. (cooked food not very tasty - frankfurt sausage, hard boiled egg etc)

Unexpected modern, clean small hotel in the middle of Krakow. Far exceeeded what we thought we would get. About a 10-15 min walk from main square. Car parking free in street.

Litt kjedelig beliggenhet, men ok gangavstand til sentrum. Savnet minibar og vannkoker på rommet. Utmerket renhold og standard forøvrig.

Meget godt hotell - reine og fine rom, god frokost ,hyggelig og hjelpsomt betjening som setter pris på sine gjester.

Hotellet ligger i et rolig område litt utenfor gamlebyen (ca 1,5 km fra den store markedsplassen). Vennlig og hjelpsom betjening. Veldig bra frokost og pene rom.

Hotel benefis is ons goed bevallen: ruime kamers en badkamers, zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en bejegening, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Het hotel ligt vlak bij de oude stad, helaas is de afstand tot het treinstation wat groter.

Vennlig personale på hotellet, som alltid ga god service på forespørsler og ønsker. Frokosten er delikat. Standarden på hotellet er av høy kvalitet, og med enkel innredning gjør at vi trivdes godt der. Da det er et begrenset antall rom på hotellet, ca. 20 rom, er det oversiktlig og intimt.

Flott og nytt hotell. Ti minutter å gå til gamlebyen, men litt trim skader ingen etter mye god mat og godt drikke.

Jättetrevlig och flexibel personal. Supergod frukostbuffé. Det finns inget negativt alls att säga. Rekommenderas verkligen! Borde inte detta vara fyrstjärnigt?

Mycket fint och personligt hotel med kanonbra frukost och fina rum. Nybyggt hotel som känns genuint och personligt.

Mycket prisvärt hotell rent och snyggt med stora rum och mycket bra läge. Frukostbuffen var åxå helt ok.Återvänder jag bor jag nog på samma hotell.
