The Hotel RT Monopol is a mansion-house style hotel with a white façade located in the center of Krakow, opposite the Planty Gardens and 200 meters from Rynek Glowny (Main Market Square). The 75 guestrooms are lightly decorated with wood furnishings. All include Internet access, televisions with satellite channels, private bathrooms, hair dryers, and telephones.
At the hotel restaurant, Leo, guests can enjoy a wide range of European and local cuisine. The restaurant features light décor with a marbleized floor, pillars hung with prints, chairs with striped upholstery and square white linen topped tables. The hotel also houses a bar, serving a selection of drinks and cocktails. The hotel has an on-site shop selling souvenirs and cosmetics. For those guests with business needs, the hotel has a conference room and a range of audio-visual equipment. After breakfast at the hotel, guests can browse through the newspapers in the lobby and ask the hotel's multilingual staff for any tour assistance or reservation requirements. Nearby attractions include St Adalbert's Church, St Mary's Church and the Cloth Hall located 200 meters away around the main Market Square. Wawel Castle and the Jewish Quarter are one kilometer away. The nearest airport to the hotel is John Paul II International Airport Krakow-Balice, which is 15 kilometers away - approximate driving time of 30 minutes.
