Opis


Location. The Hotel Vera is located in the centre of St Petersburg, Russia, one kilometre from the main train station and 500 metres from the Oktyabrsky Concert Hall. The Russian Museum and the theatre district are both two kilometres from the hotel.
Hotel Features. Housed in a renovated 1903 Art Nouveau property, the Hotel offers contemporary accommodation with an early-20th-century ambience. The multilingual concierge can arrange private city tours and reserve tickets for performances. A sixth-floor lounge offers complimentary wireless Internet access. Room service is available around the clock.

The Hotel Vera offers a complimentary breakfast mini-buffet until the early afternoon. Complimentary tea and coffee is served all day.

The river Neva, one kilometre from the hotel, offers opportunities for boating. Visits to public swimming pools and fitness centres be arranged via the front desk. The Dunes Golf Club is 38 kilometres from the hotel. Oktah Park, 40 kilometres north of St Petersburg, is a winter-sports resort offering skiing, snowboarding, and ice-skating.

Guestrooms. All 44 air-conditioned guestrooms at the Hotel Vera feature contemporary or traditional design and furnishings. All guestrooms are equipped with satellite television, direct-dial telephones, and complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access. Local telephone calls are complimentary. Bathrooms offer showers.

Expert Tip. The Hermitage museum, housed in the Winter Palace, is one of the most famous art museums in the world. Its collection comprises more then 2.7 million Russian and international works of art.

Distance to Hotel Vera is 15 kilometres, approximately 45 minutes' drive.

Getting there. The number 13 bus runs between terminal 2's central office building and Moskovskaya metro station. The number 39 bus runs between terminal 1 and Moskovskaya metro station. A shuttle bus connects the two terminals and continues to central Saint Petersburg. A taxi fare from the airport to the hotel costs 35 EUR. The hotel offers airport transfers for a surcharge. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. Saint Petersburg is best explored on foot, and most major attractions are located within 30 minutes' walk of the city centre. Saint Petersburg has a comprehensive public transport network, including buses, trams, trolleys, and a metro. Shared taxis (Marshrutnoye taxis) travel across fixed routes and are reasonably priced.
